Mr.Nadarajan is a partner and director in the firm who began his career with NI group of companies in 2013. Mr.Nadarajan is a graduate of University Utara Malaysia with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons). He has a MIA (Malaysian Institute of Accountant) membership and obtained Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2006. He also obtained practising certificate from MIA in 2007 and became approved company secretary. Further to that, in 2014 he qualified himself to become CTIM (Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia) member. Further to this, he has obtained tax agent licence from Minister of finance in 2014. He also has qualified himself as approved GST agent in 2015. He has obtained The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) membership in year 2020. Despite academic; he also held post in several NGOs such as Malaysia HindhuDharma Maamandram committee. And he has led in organising many social events for Indian community and invented in many business ideas.

Professional and Industry Experience

Mr. Nadarajan has supervised numerous audits and taxation covering a diverse range of clients. He has worked extensively with individual, corporate and partnership accounts including preparation and review of all types of tax returns. Mr. Nadarajan has been extensively involved in litigation support and business valuation engagements. In this capacity he has provided financial analysis and consultation and is regarded as a negotiator and expert witness. He has conducted vary of training session to client, particularly on Malaysian taxation. He also involved in various income taxes audit and investigation cases for companies and individuals.

Mr. Mogana Sundram is a graduate of Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons), awarded in 1994. He became a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) in 1998 and later obtained his Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM) membership in 2018. He is a licensed tax agent under the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) since 2019 and holds a corporate secretary practising license issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).

Professional and Industry Experience

Mr. Mogana has over 25 years of experience in the fields of taxation, accounting, and corporate compliance. Throughout his career, he has served a wide range of clients including SMEs, partnerships, and private limited companies, particularly in tax advisory, corporate secretarial matters, and statutory submissions.

He is well-versed in Malaysian tax legislation, company law, and regulatory requirements, often advising clients on efficient compliance strategies and best practices in governance. As the Director of Agrem CoSec Sdn Bhd, Mr. Mogana leads the firm’s corporate services arm with integrity, precision, and a deep understanding of client needs.

Beyond his technical competencies, he is a trusted advisor and mentor, dedicated to nurturing talent and supporting professional development within the team.

Mr. Selvasingam A/L Suppiah holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). He became a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) in July 2000 and obtained his MIA practising certificate in July 2016. He has also been a member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM) since April 2001.

Mr. Selvasingam brings over 20 years of extensive experience in taxation, accounting, and financial advisory services. He has served clients across diverse industries, offering expertise in corporate and personal tax compliance, tax planning, and statutory financial reporting.

As one of the directors of Agrem Tax Care Sdn Bhd, he is known for his analytical thinking, clear communication, and practical solutions to complex tax challenges. His professional judgement and strong regulatory knowledge make him a trusted advisor for clients navigating Malaysia’s ever-evolving tax landscape.

In his leadership role, Mr. Selvasingam is also actively involved in mentoring the firm’s tax team and upholding a culture of quality, integrity, and continuous professional development.

Ms. Indra Devi is a graduate of Universiti Putra Malaysia with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons). She became a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and obtained her Chartered Accountant (CA) status in 2008. In 2010, she obtained her MIA practising certificate and became an approved company secretary. In 2017, she received her audit license and established K. Indra & Associates as a licensed audit firm.

Ms. Indra has supervised numerous audit engagements covering a wide range of clients, including individuals, partnerships, and corporations. She is well-versed in statutory audits, financial reporting, and compliance across industries such as trading, services, construction, and more.

Ms. Norazila began her accounting journey by completing LCCI studies at RIMA College, Johor Bahru, before pursuing professional qualifications through ACCA at Sunway College. She became a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and obtained her Chartered Accountant (CA) status in 2014. In 2017, she received her MIA practising certificate, and in 2019, she obtained her audit license and partnered with Ms. Indra Devi to form Norazila, Indra & Associates.
