Prem holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Taxation from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak and began his career with LHDN and PwC, where he gained strong foundations in corporate tax, GST/SST, and cross-border advisory—particularly in the Oil & Gas sector.

Since joining Agrem & NI in 2018, he has managed diverse tax engagements across industries such as manufacturing, technology, and professional services. His areas of expertise include tax-efficient structuring, withholding tax, incentives, and indirect tax.

Prem is a sought-after speaker, having conducted over 20 seminars and training sessions on tax updates, service tax, and e-Invoicing. He is known for his practical approach and client-focused mindset.
